Standout Property Media is founded by photographer Syl Ojalla, working across Berkshire, Buckinghamshire, Oxfordshire, Surrey, London and the South East.

With more than fourteen years of commercial photography experience and an MA in Photography from the University of Brighton, Syl's approach to photographing spaces has been shaped by both commercial practice and an ongoing interest in photography as an art form.

His work during and beyond his Master's developed a particular sensitivity to light, form, material, atmosphere and composition. That way of looking naturally carries into his photography of interiors, architecture and property.

Rather than simply recording a space, the aim is to understand what gives it its character. The way light falls across a room. The relationship between materials. A view through a doorway. The sense of arrival at the end of a long drive. The quieter details that can make a property feel distinctive.

The approach is deliberately restrained. Natural light where possible, honest colour, considered composition and careful editing, without relying on excessive processing or a formulaic look.

Every property is photographed individually, responding to its architecture, interiors, setting and atmosphere rather than working from a fixed shot list.
